1. What is the Centier Bank Refer-A-Friend program?

Our Centier Bank Refer-A-Friend program rewards you with a $50 reward for every friend you refer who opens a qualified personal checking account and completes the required actions. Your friend benefits too – they also earn a $50 reward!


2. How does the Refer-A-Friend program work?

First, visit www.refercentier.com and enter the email address associated with your Centier account to get your unique share link. Then, start sharing with friends via text, email, Facebook or Twitter. Once your friend clicks on your link and enters their email, they will need to open a qualified personal checking account, and complete a recurring direct deposit of $100 or more in the first 90 days.


3. How many friends can I refer?

You can refer an unlimited number of friends! We encourage you to share with as many friends as you’d like.


4. Who is eligible to participate in the Refer-A-Friend program?

To participate, you must be a legal resident of the United Stated of America and at least 18 years old with an open and active account in good standing with Centier Bank. Friends who currently have an active account or had an active account in the last six months but no longer bank with us are not eligible.


5. How do I track my referrals?

Simply visit www.refercentier.com, and click "My Stats" found under the sharing options. Enter your email address then we'll send you an update showing the number of rewards earned and the friends you’ve shared with via email.


6. How will my friends know that I am referring them?

You can share your link with friends from your mobile number, social media account or email. In the link, there are detailed instructions telling your friend how to join the program and earn their reward. You can even personalize the message your friend receives.


7. I think I earned a reward, when will I receive my $50 reward?

If your friend meets the qualifying requirements within 90 days of opening their account, you’ll both be notified by email to choose a reward. Virtual cards are immediately available upon selection. If a physical card is selected, the card will be mailed the card will be mailed approximately two weeks after the request is processed.


8. I accidentally deleted my reward email. Can it be resent?

To have your reward email resent visit any Centier location or contact our Client Service Center at 1-888-236-8437.


9. What if a friend I referred opened a checking account, but I never got a reward?

To check the status of your reward(s), you can visit www.refercentier.com, and click “My Stats”. You’ll receive an email that includes the progress for each of your referrals. If you still have questions, please contact your local branch or our Client Service Center at 1-888-236-8437.


10. How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

Each email we send will contain an unsubscribe link. You can also click here to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive promotional emails for the Centier Bank Refer-A-Friend program. However, you will still receive emails regarding rewards.
